It's time to decide, once and for all, which beverage goes better with artisan cheese: wine or beer? We'll explore the wonderful pairing opportunities afforded by both and our wine, beer and cheese experts will lead a lively (but civilized) discussion after each round of tasting. In the end, you'll vote and decide which fermented libations win the prize in the Wine v. Beer Smackdown.

The Fine Print
* Each class is $40 per person
*students must be over 21 to participate in any class
* classes are scheduled for monday evenings at 7pm unless otherwise noted, and run approx. 2-2.5 hours

* spaces for each class are limited to 30 guests, a wait list will be created if there is demand
* if fewer than 15 people are registered for the class, MSCM reserves the right to cancel the class. If this happens, you will be contacted via email and / or phone and options will be discussed
